Face to Face Counselling a safe place for you - confidential and professional
Many people prefer to have their sessions away from home, in a safe setting, allowing them to take time and space for themselves. Some also find it easier to talk to someone face to face.
Sessions take place in the Consulting Rooms Glasgow, which are right next to Queen Street train station and Buchanan Street underground. There is an elevator or stairs and reception and toilet facilities.
The address is 34 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1DA.
To book a session simply give me a call on 07920 465908 or email me on diana@armstrongcounselling.co.uk.
Face to face sessions last about 50 minutes each and cost £40. Once you have booked a session I can either email you a Paypal payment request so can pay securely online using any major card - or you can pay me in cash at the end of a session.
Telephone Counselling from the comfort of your home - confidential and professional
Many people prefer to have their counselling session from the comfort of their own home. Among many other benefits, such as no travel time and transport or childcare costs, this allows complete confidentiality (no one can see you walk into a counsellor's practice).
If you would like to book a telephone counselling session, contact me on 07920 465908 (UK mobile) to find out more or to book an appointment. Alternatively email me on diana@armstrongcounselling.co.uk
I will call you if you provide a landline number, otherwise you will need to call me on the UK mobile nr above.
A telephone counselling session lasts about 50 minutes and costs £35. Once you booked a session I can send you a Paypal payment request which allows you to pay securely online using any major card
Email Counselling Some people prefer email because it is completely anonymous and can be done in your own time from the comfort of your own home. Because you can write the email at any time, day or night, you may be better able to access your immediate emotions, rather than wait until the next appointment date. In addition to this I can also include links to useful resources or attach tipsheets to my response.
Another advantage is the fact that you can keep your emails and refer to them in the future. However, for data protection reasons please do not pass these exchanges on to anyone else. They are for your eyes only.
If you are actively suicidal, email counselling may not be the best way forward, and you should instead contact the Samaritans on 08457 909090 (in the UK) or call your GP.
If you choose to communicate with me by email, all you need to do is email me on diana@armstrongcounselling.co.uk
Alternatively, call me on 07920 465908 to find out more.
There is no word limit for your emails to me. I guarantee to respond within 48 hours. An email exchange costs £25. I can send you a Paypal payment request by email once you contacted me and you can pay securely online using any major card.
Obviously there is no charge for a simple enquiry email, only for a therapeutic email exchange
